- 100% of medications under Hospice Diagnosis
- 100% of DME (hospital bed, O2, walkers, etc)
- Laboratory services
- Ambulance and or transport services
- Short-term inpatient stays in skilled nursing Facility for family relief (respite or GIP services)
- Bereavement support and counseling services
Use of our team members:
- Doctor/Medical supervision
- Case management by RN’s
- RN and aide visits/services
- Social work services
- Spiritual support
- Volunteer services
- Dietary counseling
NOTE – All of these services are required and covered if they are needed to palliate the symptoms of terminal hospice diagnosis.
